About the Role:

Geek Powered Studios is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience in an agency setting who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, adhering to strict deadlines while delivering outstanding results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

Execute paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, Meta, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok.
Manage campaign budgets and monitor key performance metrics (e.g., CPA, ROAS, conversion rates).
Create and test ad copy, audiences, and creative assets to maximize results.
Conduct keyword research, manage negative keywords, and implement bidding strategies.
Support A/B testing efforts to optimize campaign performance.
Assist with audience segmentation and targeting to align with client goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
Prepare performance reports and participate in client meetings to share insights.
Use tools like Google Analytics and reporting platforms to track and measure results.

Client Collaboration:

Assist with client onboarding and regular communication, including calls and presentations.
Collaborate with senior team members to align campaign execution with broader strategies.

Learning & Development:

Stay informed about platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
Work under the mentorship of senior team members to develop advanced skills in paid media strategy and execution.

Qualifications

Experience:

1–2 years of paid media experience in an agency setting is required.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; additional platforms are a plus.
Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager) and reporting platforms.
E-commerce or Shopify experience is a bonus but not required.

Excellent communication skills for client and team collaboration.
Attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup and reporting.

Requirements:

Proof of eligibility to work in the US as a W2 employee without sponsorship.
Must be US-based.
Must be able to successfully work remotely.

Salary Range: $55,000–$65,000/year, based on experience.
