We are seeking a results-driven, goal-oriented Director, Integrated Investment. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of all day-to-day strategic integrated buying activities of the client’s national video investment.
What you will be doing:
- Leading investment strategy and activation across Linear, Streaming and OOH for Multiple Advertisers.
- Developing strategic approaches by analyzing both historical media performance and business data that will help deliver against client’s objectives.
- Working alongside your team to optimize plans to reach KPIs and develop forecasts across channel.
- Managing a team, overseeing costs, budgets, buy sheets, systems including Media Ocean, DCM, DAR, IAS, oversee delivery, and any other day-to-day items that pop up
- Working seamlessly with senior-level planning, digital, paid media leads to ensure client deliverables meet or exceed expectations
- Ensuring that proper digital contracts are in place, evaluating and understanding IO terms and notes
- Identifying opportunities to increase media investment and take advantage of innovative market partnerships
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance – understanding and effectively communicating digital value propositions, tech, and processes as it relates to the growth of current and new business clients
- Reviewing all client deliverables for quality, ensuring that recommendations and work product are of the highest excellence
- Negotiating media proposals and pricing with vendors
Who you are:
- Strategic problem solver who thrives on data informed decisioning.
- Strong negotiation skills across media (linear and digital)
- Strong knowledge and experience with linear, digital video/FEP/OTT/CTV, OOH
- Experience and expertise in negotiating both upfront and scatter deals as well as the digital RFP process
- Detailed awareness and understanding of the media landscape, trends, challenges, and measurement options
- Solid understanding of and ability to use daily dashboards and pull reporting and insights for client’s needs for analytics/budget and impression goals: DAR, DCM, Prisma, Media Ocean OX, comScore
- Understanding of programmatic media, DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, etc.
- Understanding of media math across all media types (linear, digital, social)
- Ability to think clearly under pressure
- Great presentation skills present to clients and create decks for buys
- Expertise in Google Sheets, Google Slides
$150,000 - $185,000 a year
In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target compensation for this role is $150,000-$185,000 per year. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, qualifications, job performance, level of experience, location, and business needs.
