We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Lead to join our local team on a permanent, full-time basis (37.5 hours/week).
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment and is dedicated to ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Your Role
The Project Lead collaborates daily with the Client Lead and/or Media Lead, as well as specialists, depending on the client. They are responsible for overseeing their area of the client and campaign process, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Scheduling, creating task overviews, and ensuring all tasks are completed on time
- Coordinating tasks around campaign plans
- Coordinating meetings and handling other client-related matters
- Acting as one of the main points of contact for the client and our team of specialists
- Participating in new business pitches
You may be the person we are looking for if you have:
- Preferably 4+ years of experience as a project manager in a media and/or advertising agency
- Excellent skills in Excel and other computer tools
- A passion for project management
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while keeping clients and colleagues satisfied
- Proficiency in both English and Finnish
