How You’ll Make an Impact
We are looking for a Technology Delivery Lead who can seamlessly bridge the gap between technology and delivery, ensuring project success through collaboration, technical acumen, and effective communication across all levels of the organization. This role demands hands-on involvement to address challenges, collaborate across functions, and ensure seamless delivery of complex projects, a blend of technical know-how and delivery excellence, with the ability to provide executive-level updates while being equally comfortable reviewing use cases, codes and test cases with the team. You will be at the forefront of solving problems, mentoring team members, and bridging technical gaps, contributing to successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Work together to win together: The Delivery Lead will report to the Vice President, Technology Delivery and work closely with Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Solutions Architects, QA Engineers, and external client teams. This role includes being an active participant in resolving day-to-day technical issues and providing strategic input. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office
- Innovate with purpose: Epsilon is on a journey to productizing our offerings, and you’ll play a key role in this transformation. As a key player, you will have ownership of large-scale Loyalty and CRM implementations, drive technical resolutions, support team members in complex problem-solving, and ensure project milestones are met with high quality.

- Impact: You’ll have a seat at the table; you’ll partner with internal executives and external client executives while driving key Epsilon initiatives.
- Career Growth: If successful, the Sr. Director, Technology Delivery may experience advancement to larger and more impactful implementations. Also, you may have an opportunity oversee and directly manage other Delivery Leads across multiple implementations.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the go-to person for addressing and resolving technical challenges, reviewing code/design, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Team Empowerment: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Delivery Excellence: Ensure on-time delivery of high-quality solutions by proactively managing risks and dependencies.
QualificationsWho You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- Client Interaction: Excellent client-facing skills, capable of translating complex technical and non-technical concepts for stakeholders.
- Project Execution: Proven track record in delivering complex technical solutions on time and within budget.
- Full SDLC Proficiency: Solid experience across the software development lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.
- Technical Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to address and resolve issues during all aspects and phases of the project.
- Hands-On Expertise: Deep technical knowledge on cloud and on-prem solutions, Serverless architecture, .Net or Java development, with the ability to write and review code, debug, and implement fixes.
- Integration Knowledge: Proven experience in leading system integration efforts, including APIs and database technologies.
- Team Builder: Strong people management skills, with the ability to mentor team members across globe.
- Knowledge of Marketing Technology platforms and concepts
- 10+ years of industry experience of which 3+ years of delivery leadership of complex projects

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Ability to influence solution design for the client
- Experience in Agile Program management is a strong plus
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- 3+ years of digital experience working with web, mobile/social channels
- 7+ years of experience with .Net or Java software implementation from requirements through design, development, user acceptance, and post deployment are a strong plus
- BS in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience
