About this role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving our lead-generation efforts, managing creative campaigns, and supporting recruitment initiatives. The Marketing Manager will have expertise in managing digital and traditional advertising platforms, including Facebook, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and billboards.

Main Responsibilities
Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies to support business growth.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and improve conversion rates.
- Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on lead generation performance.
Creative Campaign Management:
- Oversee the creation and implementation of compelling marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to campaigns.
Recruitment Marketing:
- Support the HR team with marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Design and manage campaigns that highlight company culture and job opportunities.
- Leverage social media and digital platforms to engage potential candidates.
Digital Advertising:
- Manage and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok.
- Ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Traditional Advertising:
- Plan and oversee traditional advertising initiatives, including billboards and print media.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely and effective execution.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze data from campaigns to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation and advertising.
- Proficiency in managing digital advertising platforms (Facebook, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Experience with traditional advertising methods (billboards, print media).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is highly preferred.
- Ability to work on-site and full-time
