OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of Azure AD, Exchange Online, and other Microsoft 365 services.
Responsibilities- Azure Active Directory Administration
- Manage and maintain Azure AD, including user and group account management, directory synchronization, and password management.
- Implement and configure security policies and access management solutions, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.
- Microsoft 365 Services
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
- Assist in the deployment and management of Office 365 applications across the organization.
- Identity and Access Management
- Monitor and manage user identities and access permissions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues.
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- ITIL process knowledge
- Provide support and training to end-users on Azure AD and Microsoft 365 functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure AD, Microsoft 365 services, Server, Windows & MAC Related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement innovative solutions.
- Good understanding of software/hardware platforms, OS, Network and voice infrastructure
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes.
- Generate and present reports on system performance and user access statistics.
- Hands-on experience to create the Standard Operating Procedure for the process.
- Support general process creation and life-cycle management related to IT functional areas, security/compliance, etc.
- Be an expert on ServiceNow capabilities and work with the SNOW team to implement features that will enhance our services and operational support.
- Having a strong knowledge of SNOW Reports & how to build dashboards based on the requirements of the projects & client specifications.
- Project Management Experience – must be able to drive projects using organizational tools to track progress, assign tasks and achieve timelines.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Ensure projects are completed in the defined time frame and ensure all updates are given to the stakeholders.
- Streamlined new process and workflow documentation.
- People & Team Management
- Evaluate technical employees and identify areas needing improvement.
- Communicate expectations, assignments, and responsibilities clearly and professionally.
- Assist in creating the team KPIs as well as monitor and report on results.
- Process KT Download & Access Provisioning for new hires & terms.
- Sharing feedback with the team on a Quarterly/monthly basis with documented feedback.
- Weekly team huddle with documented MOM with historical data.
- Use gamification, empowerment, trust, and other strategies as appropriate to develop and motivate team members.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based identity and access management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate are a plus.
- Comfortable working in 24x7 environment.

- Process engineering experience – able to identify and develop specific procedures that can be used to improve IT and business processes; experienced with tools such as MS Visio, Excel and PowerPoint
