As we’re a full-service partner, these accounts could be creative, media or technology-leaning - an exciting opportunity to stretch your existing skillset and knowledge.
Being a part of Jellyfish not only allows you to grow your experience running digital first campaigns, but also offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in platform and technology via Jellyfish Training.

We have an award-winning Creative and Experience team delivering content to some of the world’s most respected brands and look to integrate the best of tech and creativity into all that we do.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

- You will work in collaboration with in-house and agency channel experts (Paid Search/Social/Display & Video) to construct a strategic response which achieves the Campaign objective and integrates Performance within the rest of our Media response.
- You will need to be operationally strong and able to manage internal/agency discussions, with a strategic eye
- You will perform BAU tasks as agreed with the Performance Team Lead, and will work in collaboration with your internal (both agency + client side) counterparts to ensure delivery
- You will understand and be able to discuss Jellyfish products/ solutions provided with the client team and will have excellent Performance Media knowledge.
- You will review plans and recommendations produced by capability teams within the wider business context, pushing and identifying improvements where you see fit
- Support the team by independently implementing everyday fundamental tools (such as task management updates, meeting agendas/notes, Salesforce data and financial accuracy) for Client Management to the best standards
- Support delivery of Response to Brief documents and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Understand Jellyfish best practices and products, and aim to improve the quality of service provided to our clients
- Coordinate across internal specialist teams autonomously to manage client needs and delivery
Qualifications
- 4+ years agency, client or platform experience
- Demonstrated expertise in task management, account leadership and project coordination
- Skills using the Google Suite are useful, but easily transferable from Micrtosoft (e.g. slides/sheets/docs etc)
- Familiarity working with paid and owned media channels including PPC, SEO, Social and Programmatic and basic understanding of the Google Tech Stack
