The DMX team operates as a Finance hub in service of Publicis Media, responsible for
processing Media billings across multiple currencies and geographies for the
Programmatic, Programmatic Lift, and Google Marketing Platform lines of business.
OverviewPublicis Media is seeking a dynamic Financial Operations Delivery Analyst to join our DMX team. Reporting into the DMX Financial Operations Delivery Manager, who reports up to the DMX Financial Operations Director, the role of Financial Operations Lead will include the following:
Team growth:
o Assemble and develop a high performing, future-proof, team of Financial Operations Delivery Analysts.
o Lead, coach and inspire team members, across DMX inclusive of offshore teammates, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, engaging goal setting, harmonious and professional partnership across the enterprise and external parties, and professional development.
o Lead transition towards Groupe standards of delegation towards Shared Service Center, ensuring SSC partners are empowered on repeatable processes within Groupe SLA, and clear KPIs are set to track delivery.
o Emulate a culture of feedback and inclusive ways of working, supportive of sustained individual’s and team’s performance. o Intentionally manage change, both within DMX and its partners.
Core Process Management:
o Oversee the execution of core financial processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing (direct and intercompany) and payments.
o Drive the execution of corrections, queries and other requests, in line with internal and external stakeholders needs, and agreed process control measures. o Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions are maintained.
o Collaborate with shared service center overseeing their performance, ensuring roles and responsibilities are aligned with Global ReSources SLA and KPIs are met
Process Improvement:
o Contribute regular feedback on core processes, collaboration model and ways of working, that is supportive of continuous improvement and effectiveness enhancement.
o Support development, testing and implementation of new and streamlined billing processes tailored to client needs
Stakeholder Management:
o Support strong relationships with key partners across intercompany agency teams, global and regional commercial teams, digital vendors, operations teams, and shared services.
o Support clear communication and alignment on financial processes and objectives.
Audit Support:
o Support internal and external audit needs, including statutory and client audits.
o Ensure traceability of financial operations and maintain comprehensive records to support audit requirements.
Responsibilities• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in operations, preferably within the media or advertising industry. Minimum 3 years’ experience leading teams.
• Growth mindset, interest and drive in professional development.
• Proven interest and experience in process improvement and implementation of new financial systems or processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
