As a Senior Sales Director, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our innovative retail media platform. You'll leverage your deep understanding of the retail media landscape to forge strong relationships with brands and agencies, securing partnerships that fuel our expansion.
You'll report directly to the GVP of Sales and collaborate closely with internal teams, including account management, ad operations, and analytics.
You'll be at the forefront of the rapidly evolving retail media industry, leading the charge with our cutting-edge offsite programmatic media solutions.
You'll directly impact Epsilon's success by exceeding revenue targets and contributing to our goal of becoming the world's leading retail media platform.

Who You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- 4-7+ years of experience in advertising, media sales, and/or business development.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and managing a substantial book of business.
- Strong working knowledge of retail media, programmatic media, and the ad tech industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales intelligence platforms, and Google Suite products.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.

Pay Range: $105,000 – $181,000
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
