THE POSITION
Zeta Market Development Managers (MDM) are a critical member of the Sales Development organization. You will be at the forefront of our sales intelligence and content theme efforts, driving growth and market exposure by supporting our business development efforts with a strong intel content first strategy. You will be responsible for developing intelligence and bringing that into existing content assets, creating campaigns and working hand in hand with our marketing team to manage assets and ensure they are in line with our positioning and value propositions.
This is a hybrid role based out of our London office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Familiarizing yourself with Zeta’s industry leading technology offerings.
- Developing market intelligence and supporting the execution of an industry-leading content strategy for Zeta Global that will deliver on company objectives, focused on developing pipeline generation and brand awareness in the UK market.
- Writing, editing and re purposing a variety of content, based on market and industry trends such as blog posts, case studies, and more, with clearly defined goals for reach and impact.
- Building and maintain internal assets in line with target and competitive landscapes
- Collaborating with the Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and other teams to ensure quality and relevance of content for market development purposes.
- Establishing and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to generate ideas for content and ensure quality and relevance.
- Shaping and maintaining Zeta’s UK brand voice to ensure a consistent tone and style across all content pieces.
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting on content performance metrics to measure success, optimize content strategy, and meet KPIs set forth by CRM Sales Leadership.
- Attend key events to develop brand awareness, developing trends and nurture key relationships.
THE CANDIDATE
- An activator, your drive comes from doing.
- 3+ years of experience in content sales and marketing or related roles, with a focus on content development and strategy
- Proven experience in content and campaign creation across various formats, including long-form and digital media
- Strong content management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency
- Familiarity with sales tools, content analytics tools and performance tracking
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Expectation to travel and work on-site as needed
