About the Role
As Senior Strategist, Paid Search you will be responsible for managing a key channel for our clients’ businesses. You will help develop and execute strategic paid search plans, use analytics to inform decisions and drive execution to optimize a budget against client goals. You will be responsible for the creation, optimization, and management of paid search strategy and campaigns for a portfolio of clients. You will collaborate with the client and the rest of the integrated team to deliver on goals and contribute to the overall success of the accounts.
This is hybrid remote/in-office position based in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day paid search campaigns and optimization to achieve client goals, including:
- Strategy and campaign structure development
- Budget pacing
- Bid strategy implementation and maintenance
- Keyword performance
- Ad copy/ad extension performance
- Client presentations – development and presentation of results/recommendations
- Strategically analyze results and provide actionable recommendations,
- Keep pace with industry trends to ensure platform updates and best practices are being followed
- Assist in new business opportunities through account audits to identify areas of opportunity
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, business, data, or another related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Paid Search, either from an agency or client-side role, with direct experience executing daily management paid search campaigns
- Knowledge of paid search bidding, targeting, optimization
- Experience managing campaigns in other Paid Search campaign types: Shopping, App Campaigns, etc.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO best practices
- A great attitude, natural curiosity, resourcefulness, intelligence, and work ethic
- Desire to contribute to the creative and collaborative culture of the agency
Bonus:
- Certification in Google AdWords
- Experience in Non-US based search engines such as Baidu, Yandex and others
- Experience in Search Ads 360
