Job Title
We seek a remote full-time Media Buyer to drive in-house digital lead generation advertising across multiple platforms and optimize performance. The ideal candidate combines marketing creativity with analytical skills and is comfortable working autonomously alongside lead marketing experts.
Responsibilities
- Purchase and manage digital advertising campaigns (video, display, email, social, remarketing, programmatic).
- Optimize ad performance based on key performance indicators (CPM, CPC, CPL, conversions).
- Measure KPIs and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for insight on campaign goals.
- Collaborate on strategic development, analysis, and optimization with internal teams and senior staff.
- Conduct timely audits across multi-brand, state, and network campaigns.
- Build and manage relationships with partners to maintain and scale company growth.
- Ensure advertising budgets meet ROI goals and stay within allocated limits.
- Recommend and explore new digital channels to expand lead generation streams.
- Analyze data to derive insights and inform campaign strategy.
- Provide input on creative assets, including landing pages and banners.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and new technologies.
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in media buying.
- Knowledge of syndicated research and analytics platforms.
- Proven ability to manage social media ads, Google Display Network, and native ads.
- Experience with CPM, CPC, and CPL deal structures.
- Skilled in online media campaigns (banner, social media, advertorials, native ads).
- Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with tracking, trafficking, and attribution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Remote work experience handling US clients.
- Excellent communication and English, written and spoken.

- Experience with paid search campaigns.
- Bilingual ad management capabilities.
