Responsibilities:
- Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, specifically related to revenue projections.
- Provide revenue forecasts and insights to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Monitor actual revenue performance against forecasts, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop revenue strategies to maximize profitability and achieve revenue targets.
- Analyze pricing structures, discounting practices, and revenue streams to identify opportunities for optimization.
- You will have to be nimble and proactive so that programs do not go off track.
- You will have to take a portfolio approach to your programs and re-allocate budgets and resources to programs that are trending so that overall portfolio goals are achieved.
- You understand the balance of Revenue CAC and strategic importance of courses to a university brand.
- Your revenue and CAC forecasts will be correct; and once you set a target – you own it.
- The role will require analyzing data related to performance, marketing and sales funnels and proposing actions such as changes to performance marketing campaigns, strengthening marketing and sales collateral and fine-tuning the outreach pitch and objection handling.
- You live in both the marketing and sales funnel and need to know the levers that drive the funnel from both top and bottom of the Funnel.
- You may have to take decisions related to proposing changes to marketing campaigns, working with product creation teams to update program curriculum, and suggesting changes in program positioning.
- You must have extensive knowledge in Marketing and Sales and the relationships between both departments.
- Extensive experience in managing sales teams.
- Experience in a call center is a plus.
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

What type of profile are we looking for?
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration and Management.
- At least 8 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience in managing sales teams.
- Experience in digital marketing campaigns for lead acquisition in a B2C environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, redash, etc.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Advanced English.
