Job Responsibilities
- Develop, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media platforms.
- Plan and schedule content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others using scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Salesloft, etc.).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and actively engage with followers to foster relationships and build community.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to inform strategy and improve campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains innovative and relevant.
- Assist with the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
Job Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in the marketing or social media field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
