Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Social Media Marketing Employee (m/f/d) who is passionate about the world of social media and digital advertising. 🤩
Tasks
- Develop, implement, and monitor social media marketing campaigns to increase reach, visibility, traffic/conversions, and target group engagement.
- Create and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads and/or TikTok Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct market and target group analyses to develop targeted and effective advertising strategies.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance and results to maximize ROI.
- Identify new trends and opportunities in social media marketing and digital advertising.
- Creatively develop appealing and effective advertising materials to capture the target audience's attention.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coherent brand presence and message across different platforms.
Qualifications
- Nice but NOT a must: Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a comparable education
- Much more important: Demonstrable experience in Paid Media Marketing and Analytics, especially in creating and managing Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and possibly TikTok Ads
- Sound knowledge of current social media trends and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data and derive recommendations for action
- Creative thinking and ability to conceive innovative and effective advertising materials and work them out with the content team
- Proactive and self-initiated work style and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player with the ability to effectively collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent German and English skills in speech and writing
