Job Description
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Paid Social Media Manager to lead and optimize our paid social advertising campaigns across Meta and other social platforms.
The ideal candidate has a strong track record of running high-performing campaigns that blend innovative, compelling creative with precise, data-informed optimization strategies.
As a key driver of KiwiCo’s growth, this high-visibility role manages our largest acquisition marketing channel, offering significant opportunities to make a meaningful impact on our business and mission.

Role And Responsibilities
- Scale existing paid social investments by identifying opportunities to drive incremental growth.
- Research and implement social media industry trends and creative best practices to stay ahead of benchmarks.
- Design, launch, and manage performance-driven paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Pinterest, focusing on CPA and ROAS goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously optimize performance.
- Develop and execute creative strategies informed by current social media trends and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to conceptualize creative ideas for ads, including both brand and creator-produced content.
- Review drafts and ensure timely launches optimized for performance.
- Partner with external agencies and manage in-house relationships to streamline workflows, particularly for creator-driven content.
- Provide actionable, data-driven insights to the product development team to enhance landing page design and performance.
- Establish account and campaign strategies rooted in experimentation, industry benchmarks, and insights from account representatives at Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in paid social marketing, particularly on the Meta platform.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially creative partners.
- Expertise in monitoring and leveraging industry trends, staying current on emerging platforms, shifts in the paid social media landscape, competitive activity, and channel best practices.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with account management teams, creators, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience presenting and reporting on campaign performance, trends, and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience with DTC subscription brands is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Looker or Mixpanel is a plus.
