Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled analytical thinker with a strong background in performance marketing to deliver measurable results. This role requires proficiency in branding, creating marketing collateral, and executing non-digital campaigns, along with a proven ability to optimize returns with targeted campaigns on limited budgets. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional who excels at optimizing ROI and scaling growth across diverse marketing channels, all while managing a small team and collaborating with remote or contracted talent. This position focuses on managing brand and business growth, experimenting with new and creative initiatives, as well as proactively identifying challenges and demonstrating flexibility in finding alternative solutions to stay on course.
In this role, you will also work closely with franchisees, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. You will participate in workgroups and initiatives that foster alignment and support their needs within the marketing framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Lead and optimize marketing campaigns across SEM, SEO, social media, and affiliate marketing.
- Performance Optimization: Drive conversion rate testing and improve overall campaign performance through strategic implementation of paid and organic search, social media and display strategies.
- Brand Development: Create and implement branding strategies and develop marketing collateral that resonates with our demographic.
- Non-Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute engaging non-digital marketing initiatives aimed at effectively reaching our target audience. These initiatives should be designed to resonate with their interests and foster a deeper connection with our brand.
- Data Analysis: Leverage analytics and data visualization tools to inform decisions, optimize campaigns, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- ROI Focus: Aggressively pursue incremental returns, ensuring the highest possible ROI on every marketing initiative.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and support company growth.

- Proven experience managing SEM, SEO, social and affiliate ad campaigns with a strong track record of achieving positive ROI.
- Expertise in both paid and organic marketing channels, with a keen focus on conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing decisions.
- A self-starter who loves to test new ideas, is results-oriented, data-driven, and motivated to drive growth and improve performance. Possesses a hands-on approach, with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently to achieve goals.
