The Opportunity
The Adobe Genuine Service team is responsible for crafting the strategies, building the products and driving the go-to-market motions that prevent and recover users that abuse Adobe licenses. This role will lead the Experience Enablement team, devising new use cases and optimizing all touchpoints with our customers. This is an important collaborator role, essential for identifying, prioritizing, and arranging the right go-to-market and product strategies. It will enable our teams to seize the significant opportunity ahead, valued at $B!
You will work hand in hand with design, data science, data and product engineering teams to define a growth-led roadmap that enables business teams to deliver revenue maximizing experiences, while protecting our customers and Adobe’s brand. You will be directly responsible for gaining Executive consensus and sharing results for key company initiatives related to Fraud and Genuine.
You possess a talent for cultivating professional relationships, instilling trust among colleagues, and encouraging open dialogue. Your contribution to a collaborative work atmosphere is key to the success of each team.
This position requires a strong blend of business insight, a customer-first mentality, technical understanding and intellectual curiosity to navigate the complexities of the ‘Genuine’ user segment and unique detection platforms and communication channels.
What You'll Do
- Learn the Genuine business, strategic pillars, and how activities impact each part of the business and conversion funnel
- Deep understanding of business drivers and internal technology platforms to drive customer strategy, staying in tune with Adobe and industry standard processes, technology and trends that may influence business capabilities
- Growth frameworks and playbooks that bring go-to-market expertise that can build both 0 to 1 proof-of-concepts as well as refine programs for scale
- Learn the evolving landscape of the non-genuine customer and the different types of fraud and abuses that are committed
- Research, assess and develop strategy on customer roadmaps to enable business and product execution
- Key partner in approving the accuracy and completeness of product requirements documentation, with the ability to identify potential issues or risks and articulate alternative solutions
- Make data-driven decisions to increase initiative/campaign performance and drive business growth
- Lead a team of growth managers, test & optimization specialists, product and program managers
- Build, maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to align, prioritize and define roadmaps, ensuring timely execution to align with business initiatives
- Convert customer research and segmentation into a 2+ year strategic plan to address various abuse cases
- Work with Executive leadership and cross-functional collaborators to produce strategic roadmaps and align Genuine resources accordingly
- Drive revenue from new programs as well as increase conversion rates on existing segments and campaigns
- Drive, guide and unify cross-functional teams to drive rigor in scoping and building experiences to accelerate customer reach and touchpoints
- Take ownership of conducting end-to-end assessments to define experience and product iterations, from ideation through to implementation
What you need to succeed
- Extensive experience working with Product Management and Engineering teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex information and distill it into clear and concise requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with partners at all levels and document detailed requirements and decisions
- Extraordinarily organized - able to remain highly organized in a loosely structured, fast-paced environment and independently handle work priorities
- Innately curious, consistently striving to investigate and grasp unfamiliar subjects/technologies. Experience in leading operationally sophisticated projects with cross-functional teams and supporting operations personnel
- Motivated, focused, and able to work autonomously with a distributed team across time zones
- Must be located in the Bay Area and meet hybrid office requirements
- BA; MBA is a plus
- 10+ years of experience go-to-market experience, carrying a revenue target
- Engage with team leads from different time zones periodically throughout the week. Demonstrated success in driving end-to-end customer experiences development with cross-functional teams
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $163,200 -- $302,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
