Role Overview
As the Digital Advertising & E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and Amazon Ads to drive e-commerce growth. This role includes a significant performance-based bonus structure, rewarding you for achieving and exceeding targets such as ROAS, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising
- Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads to maximize traffic and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and refine strategies to improve results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
SEO And Product Optimization
- Optimize steiff.com and amazon.com product listings for visibility and sales performance.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and user experience.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Klaviyo or HubSpot to drive engagement and repeat purchases.
- Create automated workflows to nurture customer relationships effectively.
Social Media And Content Creation
- Manage organic content calendars for Facebook and Instagram, ensuring cohesive branding and messaging.
- Develop high-quality visual and written content using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Performance Reporting
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, including website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Present actionable insights to refine marketing strategies and contribute to achieving bonus targets.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and e-commerce.
