Job Overview

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic junior programmatic individual to join EssenceMediacom Worldwide as a Programmatic Senior Executive.

The successful candidate will be able to continue developing their career with EssenceMediacom - a previous experience is programmatic is highly beneficial for this role. The candidate will have the opportunity to work across a diverse client base and help to shape and inform client strategy.

Accountabilities

Working with the Account Manager and Account Director to identify new opportunities for campaigns.
Assisting in the creation of monthly client reviews - providing insights on campaign performance.
Demonstrating confidence and clarity in communicating with the team, clients and media owners.
Developing knowledge and understanding of other EssenceMediacom departments/services.
Maintaining strong working relationships with other relevant EssenceMediacom departments.
Identifying new initiatives and opportunities on client accounts, for example, the testing of new platforms or new technologies for campaign improvements.
Improving knowledge of client business to ensure greater appreciation of delivery in the overall mix.
Gaining and developing experience in other media, such as wider biddable media.
Learning the basics of client account servicing and best practices in managing results to meet client KPIs.
Taking commercial responsibility for campaign budgetary management including bookings and billing.
Being responsible for requesting and chasing PO’s.
Organising budget caps to ensure agreed budgets are not exceeded.
Ensuring all media spends are entered onto booking systems in a timely fashion.
Being responsible for the technical set up of Programmatic campaigns with tracking systems as required.
Being responsible for implementing campaigns into providers and/or technology interfaces for buying.
Being responsible for accurate daily, weekly and monthly reporting and commentary.
The appropriate use of tools to drive accountability, operational efficiencies and actionable business insights; with the scoping of costs and agreed client outputs.
Acting responsibly and professionally at all times, representing the team, department and company.

Skills and Experience

Have a basic understanding of the role of Programmatic in the digital mix.
Basic understanding of digital and digital media.
Highly organised and analytical.
Team player & winning can-do attitude.
Confident presenter.
Demonstrate a good competency of using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Be administratively competent.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective and efficient working style.
Technical yet service industry suited with the potential to develop into client leadership and staff management roles.
Excellent written & verbal English language skills/grammar; a strong communicator.
