Job Overview
Are you a results-driven marketer with a passion for performance marketing? Do you thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment? We are seeking an experienced and motivated (Sen.) Performance Marketing Manager:in to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and coordinating marketing campaigns, particularly in the paid media space, across various performance marketing channels within our matrix organization. You will monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within set targets and budgets. Additionally, you will continuously monitor marketing activities and adapt quickly to market changes to ensure campaign success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across various channels
- Plan, set up, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
- Conducted keyword research and optimized website content for improved organic search rankings
- Implement and manage retargeting campaigns to drive repeat purchases and increase customer lifetime value
- Stay up-to-date with performance marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and present findings to key stakeholders
Qualifications
- University’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; relevant certifications in performance marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a closing role and in B2B and B2C performance marketing
- Proficiency in using performance marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience with retargeting lists
- Experience with account based marketing
- Excellent communication skills in English and at least one of our locations (German, Dutch or Swedish)
- Ability to effectively manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
