Job Description
Understand the full-funnel solutions from Online Marketing, including but not limited to user acquisition, user re-engagement, search, branding and lead generation.
Drive market-leading ROI and analyze the optimal mix of digital campaigns to achieve KPIs through data-driven recommendations.
Keep track of online campaigns’ efficiency and actively provide ideas and solutions for continuous improvement.
Support on OM budget & projection model enhancement.
Support adhoc request and analysis that may be initiated from local or regional marketing teams.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in business administration, business analytics or other quantitative majors.
- Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with major online marketing channels.
- Ability to communicate and articulate insights and ideas in a clear and succinct manner.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from across levels, including senior leaders.
- Ability to analyse data and derive insights that drives key business decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment and manage multiple projects.
- Working knowledge of paid media analytics, tracking and reporting platforms.
- Good to have: SQL and/or Python and experience building dashboards.
