About the Role
Our influencer proposition covers the full spectrum of influencer work, from celebrities all the way to business professionals or micro-influencers, and you will be directly responsible for the ideation, project management and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across this spectrum for our wide range of consumer brands.
We are looking for a inspired social & influencer marketing fanatic who understand the role Influencers play in Asian culture and help our brands to partner with these creators to communicate with our audiences.
We need someone who is social native and thinks influence-first, engrained in social culture and always on top of the latest channels, formats and trends where influencers, celebrities KOL’s dominate our feeds. You will champion the role Influencers play in social society and understand the power, and responsibility, to communicate, shape and support our audiences in both exciting and -importantly- ethical ways to make real impact.
Influencer Relationship Management will play an integral role in your experience, and working with influencers to co-create content to a brief is second nature.
As social becomes even more integral to full funnel strategy for client, social-selling has become more integral than ever. A social campaign execution manager who has experience in influence-first social-selling, whether its working with a creator-economy built brand, influencer branded products, TikTok shop direct sales or affiliate program development, experience showcasing real result is now a must for any modern brand.
What You’ll Do
- Responsible for the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification and implementation, overseeing and reporting.
- Actively contribute to the Influencer strategy: recommend objectives, targets, action plan, calendar and budget
- Recommending & executing social-selling and affiliate-marketing strategy to showcase results for clients.
- Aligning and collaborating with media, PR, social, brand activation, digital and all other stakeholders – internal and external to deliver best in class campaigns for our clients.
- Identifying and nurturing client appropriate talent opportunities and nurturing relationships to help deliver the influencer program for clients.
- Maintain and build and successful client relationships with the team, selling in ideas and content streams in quick turnaround and high-pressure situations.
- Be able to present creative and sell content solutions to internal stakeholders and new and existing clients.
- Responsible for managing the influencer database and ensuring this is kept up-to date.
- Stay up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes.
- Assists in the development of and participation in promoting our influencer offering across the business.
- Supports on additional projects as required – such as new business pitches, market reviews and competitive trends.
What You’ll Need
- Passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of three years’ experience in the field of social & influence (Either B2B or B2C)
- Be able to demonstrate experience in building consistently productive relationships.
- A recognition of the cultural nuance of marketing across Asia Pacific with experience in some markets outside of your own.
- Deep-rooted & organic understanding of social trends and newest influencers, contributing content yourself to help your understanding of content creation mechanics and follower of relevant social news & trends.
- Have used Influencer & social tools & tech.
- A creative outlook with the ability to achieve the full potential from projects, keeping abreast of and utilising new industry developments and technology.
- Some experience of integrating social media & influencer in a multi-channel campaign activity.
- Self-motivated, action-oriented and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude
- Optimistic & excited to contributed to the future influence across APAC
