What You’re Getting Yourself Into
As a Sr. Paid Social Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the agency's efforts to act as an extension of D2C brands across various niches.
You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, managing both the strategic planning and execution of their paid social media campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing media buying on platforms like Meta and TikTok
- Developing and implementing strategies to effectively scale ad spend
- Maximizing ROI for your clients
- Focusing on being a quality partner to 2-3 D2C brands

How You Will Spend Your Time
- Achieving key performance targets and scaling ad spend by taking full ownership of media buying for client accounts
- Increasing clients' media spend aligned with business goals by developing and executing growth strategies
- Maintaining high client satisfaction by leading all client communications and conducting regular performance meetings
- Improving campaign effectiveness by co-managing creative testing initiatives and analyzing their performance
- Enhancing overall media buying effectiveness through in-depth analysis of account performance
- Ensuring seamless integration of new initiatives by collaborating with internal teams
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends, updates, and best practices in eCommerce and media buying
Who You Are
- You bring at least 4 years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising
- You have experience managing over $500k in ad spend per month on a single account
- You have a knack for project management, skillfully setting goals and executing strategies
- You thrive in a remote work setup with self-motivation and top-notch communication
- You’re highly proficient in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- You possess strong analytical skills, turning complex data into actionable insights
- You’re a strategic thinker with a creative flair
