Job Position
We seek an additional hands-on PPC Ninja to work within our Performance Marketing Team. If you understand SEM (Search Engine Marketing) well and are eager to apply and grow these skills, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for Google Ads in a defined market space (Search, Shopping, Display, Performance Max, Video)
- Create and manage shopping feeds and optimise them for Merchant center
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to hit business and marketing KPIs, with a focus on cost-effective traffic growth activity
- Monitor and improve campaign performance
- Understand and explore different customer audiences for the campaigns
- Identify key performance levers for each activity type and recommend optimizations to maximize revenue within the budget

Qualifications
- Demonstrable 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience working in Google Ads
- Experience in implementing search and shopping campaigns and strong knowledge of PPC best practices
- Understanding the relationship between media metrics and business KPIs with advanced numerical skills and experience in using Google Sheets, enabling technology to facilitate or automate your work
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting in digital marketing
- Degree in business studies or similar
- Strong knowledge of English, both written and verbal
- Commercial mindset
- Nice to haves: Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Bing Ads, E-commerce experience
