We are looking for an ambitious Secured Lending Growth Manager to join our team in Denmark. In this role, you’ll focus on expanding our secured lending portfolio, identifying high-potential clients, and structuring innovative financing solutions tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and onboard SMEs seeking secured lending solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, industry partners, and decision-makers.
- Growth Strategy Execution: Drive market share expansion by developing acquisition channels and structuring competitive secured financing solutions.
- Work with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment with local market dynamics.
- Portfolio Management: Ensure high-quality deal structuring and risk assessment.
- Monitor performance metrics and maintain a proactive approach to portfolio health.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide insights to shape product development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and optimize operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in SME lending, leverage financing, or debt structuring, particularly in secured lending.
- A proven track record of closing high-value deals and building strong client relationships.
- Skills: Fluent in Danish and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit with a customer-centric approach.
