Job Description
Responsible for leading demand generation activities for Seeds & Crop Protection to deliver the liquidation goals as per the business plan.
Develops on Crop, Pest, Competition & Farmer Practices in his/her assigned territory and work as knowledge bank of deep insight or the Organization for the assigned market.
Work Closely with RDGL for market unit planning (Segmentation, territory planning, Targeting & Positioning Strategy).
Advance Preseason Planning and prepare detailed activity execution & product liquidation plan.
Keep Continuous track of activities and liquidation and continuously follow up with the extended team.
Timely report back Inventories, summaries of activity & liquidation data.
Local Liasioning with KVKs, Government Agencies & other key stake holders.
Work Closely with TSLs/ASM for proper coordination.
Time to time update to Sales Team regarding DG Activities.
Work closely with NC Team for selection of Hot Spots, Exposing selected Farmers to the VPDs.
Education & Skills
- Bachelors/Masters Degree in Agriculture
- 3-5 years’ experience in sales preferably in Seeds & pesticides
- Able to Manage large team of Third-Party Employees
- Good Technology Proficiency (Ability to lead and deliver in a technology enabled environment)
