Training at DEPT
Our training program is built to help you rapidly advance your career.
You’ll have hands-on support every step of the way from when you walk in the door on day one, through your first tasks and interactions with clients, all the way until you’re leading a Quarterly Business Review (QBR).
During your time at DEPT we’ll offer, and create a transcript for, different training programs that are tailored to your current level of experience. We’ve broken a few of those out below.
Onboarding:
DEPT takes an all-hands approach to teach you everything you need as you begin to ramp up in your new role as a Marketer. You will go through an onboarding roadmap with the Learning & Development team, while simultaneously getting frequent on-the-job training from your manager and peers. During the training you will have an opportunity to also get your hands into actual tasks & account work to apply what you learn. After completing the onboarding program, you’ll have a solid understanding of marketing and you’ll be prepared to complete a variety of Paid Search and Paid Social tasks for your team.
Here are some things you can expect during your onboarding:
- A clear onboarding curriculum guide with practice assignments
- Full access to training material so you can re-review key concepts at your pace
- Frequent check-ins with your manager to get all the support you need
- Opportunities to collaborate and build relationships with other new DEPT employees
Professional Development:
Once your onboarding program is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to be enrolled in professional development programs that are designed to help you build stronger skills and accelerate your career progression. In our Professional Development program, we also focus on communication & presentation skills, client relationship-building skills, and career development topics. DEPT’s Professional Development program is available throughout your career, and the learning pillars get more advanced as you take on additional responsibilities.
Leadership Development:
DEPT takes a lot of pride in developing outstanding leaders, so even as an entry-level employee, you’ll begin building your leadership skills. As an entry-level employee, you will learn concepts of being a coach, being adaptable, building relationships, and providing feedback.
TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:
You will have to communicate with your team members abroad, therefore fluency in English and excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must for this role.
This opening requires you to be open to work approximately 2-3 times a week from one of our offices located in Villa Crespo.
