The Role:
As an Account Manager, you support the Production Planners with all of their day-to-day needs. No two days will be the same, and you’ll be expected to prioritize tasks and effectively manage your workload in a high-energy, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities- Handle daily campaign maintenance, including internal questions regarding tracking and status of various campaigns.
- Coordinate internal and client meetings and follow-up notes.
- Maintain and update project schedules and trackers.
- Manage the delivery and tracking of creative assets, campaign artifacts, and all relevant documentation in preparation for launch.
- Develop Ad ID codes and input traffic campaign information into shared grids.
- Assist with managing project finances:
- Create job numbers.
- Review, organize, store, and track POs.
- Draft small project scopes with close oversight from senior team members.
- Act as a resource for internal teams regarding client brand, business, and project information.
- Act as the main point of contact/manage the day-to-day of smaller-scale production projects from the briefing stage through final delivery, e.g., social post animation development, display banner ad development, etc.

- Able to work under pressure and adhere to strict timelines.
- Flexibility to tackle different tasks throughout the day and pivot with little or no warning based on client needs.

- Ability to organize key information and determine next steps.
- Builds trust with clients by reviewing all client-facing materials, ensuring that they are error-free and on deadline.
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

- Go above and beyond what’s expected of you.
- Balance the ability to work on a team, as well as independently with limited supervision when required.
- Proactively manages obstacles and flags to appropriate team members.
- Report to senior account team members.
Your experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar or comparable position in a creative or production agency.
- Previous experience assisting/supporting/managing clients.
Location:
Publicis NY at 375 Hudson St., NYC (prefer candidates in the tri-state area, able to commute into the office and client’s office in Warren, NJ, as needed).

Compensation Range: $59,850.00 - $90,620.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
