Overview
The Associate, Integrated Media Planning assists in the coordination and execution of media plans under the guidance of a Senior Associate. As the day-to-day support to the account team, some responsibilities involve:
- Gathering data to support a media recommendation
- Updating client media activity flowcharts
- Assisting the team in responding to a client need
- Preparing purchase authorizations by coordinating input from internal teams
- Assisting with tracking media expenditures to ensure budget compliance
At the entry-level, the Associate will begin to develop a working knowledge of the media space (including digital media) and available media research.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a four-year college or university
- 0-1 year of business experience or industry internships
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- An eagerness and passion to learn about media planning across channels and platforms
- Strong organization skills and high attention to detail

Additional Information
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number of required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
