Marketing Demand Generation Manager

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for company efforts to drive lead generation and support growth. This role is essential in building brand awareness and creating customer demand through strategic B2B outbound campaigns, backed by data-driven insights, analytics, and marketing automation. Key responsibilities include developing ideal customer profiles, managing contact databases, executing lead nurturing and ABM campaigns, qualifying prospects, and identifying new sales opportunities. This position will oversee marketing automation tools and provide strategic recommendations for investments in marketing technology.

Essential Functions

Responsibilities:

Develop and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas using data and market insights
Build and manage target lead lists via tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to support sales efforts
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (e.g. drip, nurture, ABM) using Salesforce-Pardot
Track campaign metrics, provide actionable insights, and optimize performance
Enhance email workflows with accurate segmentation and automation
Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams to ensure alignment with acquisition goals
Identify innovative methods to gather prospect data and grow lead lists
Maintain accurate marketing databases and ensure data quality
Analyze customer trends to refine targeting and lead-generation strategies
Build and nurture a robust lead pipeline to support sales objectives
Support sales teams at events, during RFP processes, and with impactful content creation
Report on MQL performance and refine programs based on insights and feedback
