About The Role

Figure is seeking an experienced Sr. Growth Marketing Manager (B2B) to power the growth of our Partner HELOC business by helping us acquire more partners and increase lending volume through our partnership verticals. As a critical player in advancing the adoption and engagement of Figure products, this role is central to our go-to-market strategy and marks our first dedicated position for this initiative. You will collaborate closely with our channel marketing team, revenue operations, and sales to design and implement impactful marketing strategies and campaigns across diverse channels.

What You'll Do

Spearhead the strategy and execution of sophisticated marketing campaigns to reach and acquire target B2B partners through our partner channels (including mortgage lenders, banks and credit unions) and hit aggressive SQO targets.
Tactics such as email marketing, webinars, digital marketing, social media marketing, account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, and event promotion and follow-up campaigns.
Identify and leverage optimal channels to drive awareness, engage, and acquire partners across all B2B verticals.
Collaborate with sales and content teams to develop positioning and messaging that is targeted and relevant to each partnership vertical.
Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-backed and qualitatively relevant optimizations.
Implement lead scoring and nurturing workflows in Hubspot Sales Enablement and Partner Engagement.
Partner closely with the sales team to develop and maintain marketing collateral, including for new products and upsell motions.
Partner with the sales and partner success teams to drive partner adoption of the Figure product suite post-sale.
Ensure all messaging is consistent, compliant with industry regulations, technically accurate, and compelling!
Adapt marketing materials to address specific partner value propositions, use cases, and pain points.

What We Look For

6+ years of experience in B2B Marketing.
Mortgage industry, lending, and financial technology experience is a big plus.
4+ years of experience with Hubspot Marketing Hub and best-in-class marketing automation tools with stand-up campaigns, reporting, campaign management processes, and attribution from scratch.
Proven experience in implementing and managing ABM strategies.
Problem solver, willing to get their hands dirty.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically.
Understanding of marketing compliance requirements.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for various audiences and the ability to build content for all partnership verticals across multiple channels.
Deep understanding and ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize projects, conceptualize ideas and solutions for marketing challenges, and more.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills and track record - this is by definition a cross-functional role that will partner not only with our sales and partnership teams but also with our product, engineering, legal, and capital markets teams.
Excellent attention to detail, follow through, and adequate sense of urgency.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately.

Salary

Compensation Range: $118,800 - $148,500

25% Bonus Target
