OverviewThe Director, Strategy & Planning manages the strategy and digital planning process for assigned clients. The Director is a leader who contributes to brand strategy, builds solid relationships with clients across all levels and functions, and is able to manage, lead, and develop their internal strategy team while also playing an active “hands-on” role in the deployment of strategic plans. They should also be fiscally accountable to Spark Foundry ensuring proper budget management and identifying upside revenue potential for the agency.

• Ability to think beyond “media” as an active collaborator in the Integrated Marketing Communications process
• Thorough knowledge of marketing and communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; solid presentation skills
• Authoritative, leadership presence
• Ability to prioritize and organize issues/projects for self and staff
• Moderate travel
Qualifications8+ years of Digital Media Planning, Buying, and Management experience in progressive levels of responsibility
• Demonstrated business acumen and a track record of success in the media services profession

Compensation Range: $146,490- $210,420 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
