What You'll Do

Own paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok & emerging channels
Optimise substantial ad budgets across multiple client accounts
Build and execute testing frameworks that drive real results
Create data-driven audience targeting strategies
Transform analytics into actionable client insights
Collaborate with creative team to maximise ad performance
Stay ahead of platform changes and new opportunities

Requirements

3+ years in performance marketing/paid media
Experience across e-commerce, preferably D2C
Expert in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience managing significant monthly ad spend
Track record of exceeding KPIs
Marketing analytics tools proficiency
Client management experience
Portfolio of successful campaigns
