OverviewAs the Director of Social Commerce, you will be responsible for overseeing the social commerce practice, including influencer campaigns, strategy, social listening, content strategy, and social commerce platforms and innovations. You will act as a strategic consultant to internal teams and clients on campaigns. You will also be responsible for building capabilities related to social commerce, as well as managing and mentoring a team of direct reports.
Responsibilities- Oversee the Social Commerce practice, influencer campaigns, strategy, social listening, content strategy, and social commerce platforms.
- Lead and manage a team of direct reports.
- Develop and execute social commerce programs in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Build capabilities relating to social content and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Provide mentorship and professional growth opportunities for direct reports.
- Stay informed on emerging social commerce trends and technologies to identify opportunities for innovation
- Present social commerce plans and strategies to cross-functional teams and clients.
- Develop campaign strategies for client initiatives, ensuring alignment with their objectives and driving measurable outcomes.
Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in influencer and content marketing, with a focus on social commerce.
- Proven presentation skills
- Experience leading and managing a team.

Compensation Range: $127,585 - $165,870 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 3/1/2025.
