We help deliver scalable solutions for clients regardless of industry. We are looking for an experienced Amazon Portfolio Manager to add to our growing team.
The Brand Coordinator will support the Brand Manager and broader team in coordinating day-to-day operations, marketing campaigns, and project tasks to ensure efficient brand management and smooth project delivery. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative & Account Support
- Assist with brand onboarding processes and client communication.
- Help to schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas for internal and external calls.
- Maintain client presentations, reports, and project decks.
- Serve as a point of contact for communication via email, Slack, or calls.
- Follow up with internal team members to ensure alignment and task completion.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions, note-taking, and the translation of insights into actionable follow-ups.
2. Marketing Support
- Support in updating and maintaining marketing calendars and annual roadmaps.
- Assist with the coordination of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Collaborate with team leads to gather updates for marketing channels, including Influencer, Affiliate, Amazon, and Paid Media.
- Conduct basic research and ideation on seasonal campaign trends and marketing.
- Assist in KPI and budget tracking.
3. Project Coordination
- Manage tasks within project management tools (e.g., Asana), ensuring timelines and project details are up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing task descriptions, assigning deliverables, and tracking deadlines for designers and channel teams.
- Coordinate asset collection, testing, and delivery to ensure projects meet deadlines.
- Support quality creative reviews and testing within development environments, including site assets, promotional testing, and other key updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or administrative roles (internships count).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration.
