OverviewWe are looking for a Business Manager who appreciates digging in and finding business solutions to drive positive financial results across the agency. This position will report to the head of Business Management and while overseeing a Finance Analyst based offshore. This role will work very closely with client teams to manage client budgets, host weekly tracking conversations with fellow stakeholders, and oversee billing and job maintenance tasks. The candidate must be highly organized in terms of time management, prioritization, and workload management. They must be highly collaborative and able to partner effectively with the Client Services and Project Management client teams while communicating across multiple channels and multiple offices.

ABOUT THE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TEAM
Money is our middle name. The Business Management department is all about making sure the financial goals of the company are met, along with working closely alongside the Account and Project Management teams. No wolves of wall street will be found here, just a team ready to bring our budget game to the next level. Along with our internal responsibilities, we are the totems of trust and transparency for all things financial when it comes to our clients.
Responsibilities- Client/project accounting responsibilities, which would be handled by Finance Analyst:
- Expense Approvals
- Job Creation/Maintenance
- Time Transfers Job/Timesheet Troubleshooting
- Job Closure
- Accounting
- Standardized Documentation Organization Running System Data via GDW (job reports, non-bill reporting, ad hoc requests)
- Updating Weekly Burn Reports
- Updating Financial Trackers
- Updating Invoicing Trackers
- Updating Forecasting Tracker
- Invoice Tracking/Deadlines/AR
- Invoice Submission
- Non-bill reporting
- Ensure month-end close is performed accurately, completely, and timely; main focus areas are around revenue forecasting, revenue recognition, client invoicing, and client reconciliation.
- Answer questions from key stakeholders including clients, vendors, corporate, and employees
- Assist Finance Management with ad hoc requests as needed
- Develop analysis based on key business needs
- Lead client budget calls
- Oversight of Finance Analyst Assist in scope negotiation with procurement
- Lead internal staffing calls
- Assist in updating agency staff plans
- Determine staffing needs for brand teams by working with Project Management and Client Services
- Present key project and initiatives to greater Publicis Health Finance community
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong Excel competency
- 3-5 Years Relevant work experience

Compensation Range: $59,850 - $82,740 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
