As a key member of the sales team, you will drive quarterly revenue targets by selling the Yieldify product to mid-market and enterprise accounts. Your consultative selling skills will enable you to generate and lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process—from prospecting to deal closure. You will collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that your sales strategies align with the overall business objectives. By leveraging your expertise in managing complex sales processes and understanding the MarTech industry, you will help drive client success and contribute to the company’s growth.
What You’ll Achieve
- Deliver quarterly revenue numbers by selling Yieldify's platform to mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Develop a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities through innovative outbound strategies.
- Generate new business and successfully close deals from initial prospecting to signature.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and overall business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, using data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and ensure long-term client success.
Who You Are
- What You’ll Bring with You:
- Sales Expertise: A minimum of 3+ years in solutions-based sales with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, preferably in the MarTech industry.
- Pipeline Development: Demonstrated ability to generate net-new qualified opportunities through innovative outreach strategies.
- Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in sales tools such as Outreach, Cognism, and LinkedIn Navigator.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales cycles.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to use data and market insights to inform sales strategies.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the MarTech industry, including trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape (preferred but not required).

- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and deliver value-driven solutions for clients in a competitive market.
- Tech-Savvy Professional: Proficient in tools like Salesforce and other sales-enablement technologies, leveraging them effectively throughout the sales process.
- Leadership Qualities: A self-motivated and driven professional who excels in target-driven environments and thrives on achieving tangible results.
- Market Awareness: Deep understanding of digital sales, including multi-channel marketing strategies and data-driven advertising solutions.
