The Account Executive is responsible for ensuring overall client satisfaction by delivering comprehensive, strategic marketing initiatives that meet client success metrics. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service across a variety of projects. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Relationships
- Connect with clients to understand their business goals and works cross-functionally to develop integrated marketing plans, monitor success, and problem solve.
- Act as a liaison between clients, outside suppliers (printers, photographers, A/V houses, etc.) and, as appropriate, other internal and external audiences (e.g., design department, specialists, media buyers and other employees).
- Prepare and present reports, presentations, and status updates to clients, ensuring that they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with senior client services team to understand client needs and goals, assisting in the development of strategic marketing plans.
- Identify and pursues opportunities for enhancing involvement and contributions to the client, account team, and agency.
Project Management & Campaign Execution
- Perform day-to-day account work which may include collaboration with paid media specialists, drafting creative briefs, providing direction to the creative team, coordinating events, maintaining client relations, monitoring campaign performance, and supervising account coordinators.
- Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Coordinate and track timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within scope.
Administrative
- Conduct industry and market research to stay informed on trends, competitors, and best practices in marketing and advertising.
- Assist with project documentation, billing, and any other administrative tasks related to account management.
- Supports opportunities to grow existing accounts or to pursue new business.
Requirements
- BS or BA in marketing, advertising, or business
- 3-4 years of experience at either an advertising agency or in a client-side marketing position
- Demonstrated experience supporting and developing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated proficiency in using internal and external research capabilities and in preparing in-depth analyses
- Exceptional level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills
- Strong overall communication, writing and presentation skills, and a working knowledge of MS Office programs, Google Business Suite, and Monday.com
