The Senior Account Executive will play a pivotal role in managing key client accounts, leading the execution of large-scale marketing campaigns, and ensuring the agency delivers exceptional service and strategic insights. This role requires an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for overseeing client communications, project delivery, and team coordination while acting as a strategic advisor to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust and a deep understanding of client goals and business objectives.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and insights to clients, clearly articulating campaign performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Offer strategic guidance to clients, providing actionable recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth.
Project Management & Campaign Execution
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring all components (creative, media, digital, etc.) align with the client’s vision and goals.
- Manage complex, multi-faceted projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
- Partner with internal teams—including creative, media, strategy, and analytics—to develop cohesive, data-driven strategies that maximize client results.
Leadership
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, supporting their professional growth and ensuring the overall team’s success.
Administrative
- Conduct industry and market research to stay informed on trends, competitors, and best practices in marketing and advertising.
- Support and lead project documentation, billing, and any other administrative tasks related to account management.
- Support and drive opportunities to grow existing accounts or to pursue new business.
Requirements
- BS or BA in marketing, advertising, or business
- 4-6 years of experience at either an advertising agency or in a client-side marketing position
- Demonstrated experience supporting and developing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns
- Demonstrated experience managing junior level team members
- Demonstrated proficiency in using internal and external research capabilities and in preparing in-depth analyses
- Exceptional level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills
- Strong overall communication, writing and presentation skills, and a working knowledge of MS Office programs, Google Business Suite, and Monday.com
