Responsibilities of the role:
As a team leader
- Performance strategy: To provides team with leadership through holistic search and performance strategies, effective performance media skills and industry insights. Platform includes but not limited to: Baidu, Red, and WeChat.
- Budget & KPI setting: Manage search/performance marketing budget, establish KPIs, measure and optimize performance of campaigns and tactics to assess effectiveness
- Campaign Delivery: Control quality of output information and data are precise and correct, including email message and excel data output.
- Client facing in cross functional team: Build the relationships with clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams which inclusive of strategic planning team, social team and other functional teams.
What you’ll need:
- Experiences in performance team leading role first tier luxury brands. (必须要有带领高奢品牌效果营销团队的经验)
- 8+ years of search and performance marketing experience, 5+ years of leadership and direct client facing experience.
- 4A media agency experience is required.
- Solid analytical and SEM technical skills: 3+ years of experiences on traditional search engines (Baidu/ 360/ Sogou/ Shenma) at executional level (必须要有3年以上的后台执行经验) including media negotiation, placing order, and backend campaign building skill. (必须要有媒体询价, 下单, 账户搭建的经验)
- Experiences in social platform performance campaign, including Red, Douyin, and WeChat.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills, and fluent in English in communication, reading, and writing..
- Bachelor’s Degree
