OverviewPosition Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Performance Manager to join our team, supporting the Stellantis team. The ideal candidate will act as the central link between Centers of Excellence(COEs) and collaborate closely with both the Publicis Data Group (site analytics) and Starcom MDI (media data/analytics) to provide a comprehensive view of performance across all channels.
This position is a key client-facing role, with responsibility for digital media performance across a number of KPIs.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
- Serve as the connective tissue between COEs, ensuring seamless integration and
communication. - Collaborate with the Publicis Data Group and Starcom MDI to offer a holistic view of
performance. - Oversee all performance channels, ensuring a comprehensive and unified approach.
- Implement performance best practices across COEs and planning processes.
- Manage the escalation process for performance variances, ensuring timely resolution.
- Lead idea generation efforts to enhance performance strategies.
- Liaise with creative and media vendors to develop and execute overall digital strategic
plans. - Work closely with activation teams to ensure campaigns are live and meet activation
principles. - Manage processes with key teams to ensure the timely and effective delivery of creative
campaigns. - Act as a project manager for related digital campaign initiatives as needed.
- Oversee data governance and taxonomy to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Provide training and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Support thought leadership initiatives, contributing to the advancement of industry
- Knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications- Proven experience in performance management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of site analytics, media data, and performance channels.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalation processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of data governance and taxonomy best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead idea generation and support thought leadership initiatives.
