Job Description
We are currently seeking a Junior Project Controller/Finance data specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be critical in supporting our project management and finance teams by preparing, consolidating, and analyzing financial data. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process financial data related to ongoing projects.
- Verify the accuracy and consistency of received financial data.
- Gather and consolidate data from various systems and sources.
- Collect and analyze information from timesheets, ensuring data completeness.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely submission of timesheets.
- Process and refine data to prepare cyclical reports for internal use.
- Support financial and project teams with ad hoc analysis and reporting needs.
Qualifications
Key Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams.
- Basic knowledge of financial processes and data management.
- Familiarity with MS Excel or other data analysis tools.
- English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Polish language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
