We're looking for an Art Director to join us at TeamUBS, an international, creatively focused advertising agency based in the heart of Zurich. Our team is a diverse blend of media planners, strategists, account managers, and creatives who work collaboratively to deliver outstanding results for one of the most important clients.
Job Description
This is a fast-paced global position, which requires strong attention to detail and enthusiasm for great creative work. You'll be placed on several creative projects and be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing work over various markets and channels, including print, ooh, digital and social and TV.
What You'll be Doing
- Develop creative work for the global UBS brand campaign "Banking is our Craft."
- Conceptualize new work in collaboration with our strategy, copywriting and media experts
- Define and develop campaign imagery, both leveraging stock and photo shoots
- Design and execute campaign executions across all channels
- Present key creative work to clients, bringing your ideas to life.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of agency experience and familiarity with creative development processes and associated timings.
- Solid skillset covering the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Figma, Premiere and After Effects would be a plus.
- A balanced mix of conceptual thinking and thoroughness in executing design and layouts.
- Creative solutions orientated with the character to encourage the uptake of new creative ideas.
- General understanding of media principles including digital and social media channels.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive collaborative relationships internally and externally.
- Good presentation skills with the ability to present creative concepts to clients.
- Ability to work independently yet collaboratively across a matrix-type structure.
- A good command of the English language.
