ROLE PURPOSE
As a Senior Account Executive, you'll be managing the coordination and operations of campaigns across digital & offline media channels, and providing accurate reporting and buying/planning services.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivery of tasks to deadlines
- Accuracy of reporting and inputting
- Client delivery and management
- Financial management
- Campaign management
WHAT YOU’LL DO WITH US
- Oversee the client relationship as the key contact for any campaign issues or queries
- Ensure campaigns are tracked and optimised and media post analysis is completed weekly
- Attend all internal briefings and providing updates to the wider team
- Building effective relationships with creative agency partners and media owners
- Run all weekly tracking reports across all active media channels (digital & offline)
- Responsible for reporting accuracy and timely delivery of reporting
- Managing WIPs with the broader team on client updates

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant media buying experience within the marketing industry
- Experience working across digital media channels (social & programmatic) and/or offline media channels (radio, OOH, TV)
- Competent in the various media processes, tools, and fundamentals
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of audience trends across all media channels and working with client media contracts
- Advantageous if you can demonstrate competency for relevant systems including: BCC, eTAM, TARDIIS, MOVE, Asteroid, Microsoft Office & Nielsen Answers
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy across all tasks
- Prioritises and manages tasks / time efficiently
