OverviewPosition Summary
The Paid Search Sr. Associate executes Search Campaigns and has a strong hand in the strategic approach for search campaigns. The goal for this role is to “bridge” the campaign execution and client objectives, deeply understanding client needs and ensuring our Search execution and management delivers against these goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for ongoing management, execution, and monitoring of SEM campaigns
- Oversee day-to-day management of approved budgets and pacing progress, supporting Associate in financial system updates and changes in publisher mix
- Manage internal status doc, keeping team organized and providing guidance on task approach and timing expectations
- Partner with Search Associate to train and mentor on Search campaign management and executional best practices
- Set direction, provide feedback and finalize campaign builds; including keyword research, ad copy creation and overarching campaign architecture
- Steward submissions through client med/legal review process, and accurately launch new campaigns in alignment with approved assets
- Partner with Search Supervisor to drive campaign testing and optimization objectives and initiatives, ensuring campaign performance is regularly reviewed
- Lead reporting work stream by providing insights; giving meaning and next steps to performance data
- Vocal role in defining our approach and response to client asks or questions, linking client needs to Search solutions and ensuring timely follow-up
- Support development of Search plan, including budget forecasts, relevant industry trends, competitive insights, lessons learned and/or opportunities to evolve approach to accomplish brand objectives
Knowledge
- Proficiency in computer skills needed to manage day-to-day workflow (eg, Microsoft Office Suite)
- Advanced understanding of search campaign management toolkit including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360, etc, able to navigate, establish settings, pull reports, and implement changes across platforms
- Advanced understanding of Search metrics and how they are connected
- Well versed in the industry and vendor landscape, proactively reading and sharing potential impact with broader team
- Develop strong understanding of condition, therapeutic area and competitive set, key deliverables and business objectives

- Ability to multi-task, manage one’s time and demonstrate personal organization
- Experience delegating, providing clear direction and training others on Search tasks and concepts
- Strong communication and listening skills, deeply understanding the needs of others and articulate their needs
- Diligently and flawlessly executes on assigned area of project
- Exhibits integrity, trust and investment in self-development
- Adherence to agency procedures (timesheets, required trainings, 360 feedback, etc)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 2+ years of direct Search campaign management
- Healthcare industry knowledge a plus
