OverviewThe Senior Associate, Client Operations will be part of a growing Client Operations team on a well-known client. This position has tremendous learning potential and provides the opportunity to work on a high-energy, highly visible account.
The Senior Associate supports the Operations Associate Director and Operations Supervisor with processes, systems management and general operations tasks as delegated. The person in this position will become very familiar with agency systems, ensuring data compliance and reporting. The ideal candidate is someone with an analytic mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities- Assist the Operations Supervisor with miscellaneous Operations tasks and projects, including process implementation
- Project-manage for specific deliverables on a weekly, monthly or ad hoc basis
- Work with investment teams to lead an effective and efficient reconciliation process
- Lead conversations with investment to troubleshoot invoice discrepancies
- Present status items to internal team on a weekly basis
- Pull and compile various data views monthly or as-needed, ensuring accuracy
- Assist Supervisor/AD with vendor reporting/statement requests and payment status issues
- Attend Agency system trainings and meetings (i.e. Mediaocean)
Qualifications- 1+ year experience in operations, reconciliation, project management, or data analysis, preferably in a media agency or advertising agency
- MediaTools and/or Prisma / MediaOcean experience preferred
- Flexible and able to adapt to change in a fast-paced and constantly-changing environment
- Must be proactive, curious, and a creative problem solver
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Advanced MS Excel skills, Proficiency with MS Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Able to work successfully and communicate effectively with teams and different personalities
- Ability to balance numerous, simultaneous work streams and proactively work towards solutions
