OverviewThe Visual Designer role contributes to the overall definition and execution of all creative deliverables on our clients various platforms, in alignment to the client's Brand Design System. You will be responsible for defining, evangelizing, and driving the implementation of the overall design vision for products. You will contribute to visual design principles and will maintain visual design frameworks for our products. You know the experience design process from end to end and can act as a leader in the development of the complete range of visual design artifacts. You are adept at working with multiple stakeholders and comfortable working collaboratively with experience design team members from a team of creatives from diverse disciplines and industries. A balanced understanding of strategy, usability, interaction, and visual design is a must.
Responsibilities- Create branded visual design concepts and solutions for responsive web, (iOS and Android – if on mobile teams)
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, copywriters, design researchers, creative technologists, product owners and mobile developers
- Communicate conceptual ideas, detailed designs, and design approaches/rationales
- Participate in design reviews and iterate based on feedback and creative direction all the way through execution
- Ensure quality assurance of all creative deliverables
- Work to ensure feasibility of designs
- Participate in brainstorming, concept development and experience innovation
- Stay up to date with current design methodologies, practices and trends
- Participation in observational studies, usability testing and other customer research
Qualifications- 3 years + experience in product design or creating of digital experiences.
- Experience prototyping in Figma
- Experience in working in agile methodologies
- Experience with user-centered design and related design disciplines (experience strategy, visual design, UX writing, design research, interaction design)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design abilities.
- Experience in a design-related discipline (industrial design, user-centered design, visual design, design strategy, design management, human factors, psychology).
- Understanding of interactive design and usability principles and how content strategy and creation contributes to the user experience.
- Nice to have: Experience with Financial client , ADA compliance

Compensation Range: $64,500 - $84,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
