OverviewOur PMX Central Activation team provides a valuable service to our PM Agency Teams & Clients executing digital media campaigns that do not have the time or resources to do it themselves. As we grow at a rapid pace across digital media, we are looking to add an experienced and motivated Programmatic Media Supervisor to help drive our media best practices and standard operating procedures across a wide range of Programmatic & Ad Operations (TAAG) account Teams.
The ideal candidate will partner with team members within our global delivery network and collaborate with partner Central Activation counterparts to support communication & workflow, and media activation across multiple buying platforms and ad servers; while working cross-team to ensure Media Standards are upheld to the best of our ability. You will report to the Director, Central Activation.

Responsibilities- Work with internal US and Publicis Global Delivery teams to provide Programmatic account teams with media recommendations and operational efficiencies.
- Review and refine efficient workflows for collaboration between agency counterparts and global support teams
- Support the delivery of proactive media callouts to the client.
- Deliver input on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics and KPI's
- Support the troubleshooting of ad server escalations and creative delivery within PGD’s Media Buys.
- Identify areas for opportunity to improve current procedures and grow internal team capability.
- Establish relationship with Global Teams, becoming a proponent of Cross-Cultural Collaboration and Learnings.
- Partner with Media Channel SMEs within the team to ensure future proofing & education of the media activation team members.
- Support the troubleshooting and quality assurance of media campaigns.
- Maintain knowledge of media technology buying platforms, ad servers, and analytic tools
- Drive awareness of PMX Automation Tools and Central Activation Standard Operating Procedures to their global delivery counterparts
- Support day-to-day campaign tasks, such as DSP or Ad Server reporting, performance improvements, inventory troubleshooting, and audience segmentation
- Collaborate with Project Management team to drive projects forward and support a streamlined approach to the operations.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in Programmatic DSP Media Buying.
- Experience with ad server reporting, creative previews, and tag troubleshooting.
- Experience with ad tech platforms, manual bidding platforms, APIs, etc.
- Experience with billing tools, such as Prisma or Media Ocean.
- Familiarity with Workflow Tools, such as JIRA, Smartsheets, or Trello.
- Project Management software experience

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
