OverviewYour core focus as a Senior Commerce Executive will be to work within the Commerce team to develop, implement, track and optimize cross-platform commerce campaigns for a top tier client across their retail media presence. Retail media is the fastest growing media channel globally and in MENA our activity is heavily focuses on channels such as Amazon, Noon, Instashop, Carrefour, Talabat plus many more.
With the guidance and support from the wider team, you'll take charge of managing retail media campaigns and identifying trends and opportunities to enhance performance against campaign goals. Additionally, you will build connections with essential stakeholders throughout the organization, particularly client management teams, collaborating closely on campaign activation and reporting efforts.
Responsibilities- Day-to-day retail media operation oversight across all key platforms, delegating and guiding Publicis commerce activation teams to ensure performance is maximized, campaign hygiene is consistent, and new opportunities are not being left behind
- Developing and evolving retail media strategies, implementing industry best practice
- Showcasing strong understanding of integrated advertising platforms and ability to convert client objectives into successful advertising campaigns
- Working across a portfolio of multiple brands and managing budgets throughout the year taking into consideration key consumer periods
- Integrating with wider comms and marketing teams to deliver end-to-end digital campaigns
- Implementation of campaign strategy as well as A/B testing to enhance and optimize results
- Plan and guide activation teams on campaign implementation, optimization and reporting
- Influence and steer strategy roadmap throughout the year taking into consideration key consumer periods
- Having a result focused approach to your work, ensuring client satisfaction through deliverables
- Providing client consultancy on results and impact, advising on next steps
Qualifications- Proven working experience of 2-3 years in paid media management.
- A strong, proven track record in Paid Media execution and extensive knowledge of paid platforms and media planning (especially paid search, display/programmatic)
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
- Strong ability to derive insight and surface key influential factors relating to campaign performance.
- Strong approach to output aesthetics from excel based reports to slide based updates.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail; you will be confident analyzing and presenting campaign results and recommendations to clients.
